For a limited time, I will be offering signed copies of the first book in the trilogy. You’ll receive a paperback edition, printed on demand by CreateSpace, with my signature on the title page. If you would like it signed to you, please fill in your name as you would like it to appear and (optionally) a short message in the text box. The book will be shipped via Media Mail, and should arrive in 2 – 9 days.

I just finished reading “The Book of Dean, Book 1″ and so enjoyed the adventure. I’ve been searching for the other two books to the trilogy, but find them only for electronical download for nook, pc, etc. I love the feel of a book in my hands. Are “The Great Convergence” or “The Battle of Verril”, not available in paperback form?
Hi Vickie! I’m glad you enjoyed the book! I’m afraid that the other two books aren’t yet available as paperbacks. I’m working on it, and with any luck I’ll be able to have them both out in a few months. I just need to get new covers made, and my artist is beyond backed up right now. i live in the uk and was wondering if you would be able to ship the books over?
I’ve sent books to the UK before. Unfortunately, as you might imagine, it costs a bit more in shipping. Obviously you can buy it from Amazon (or Amazon.co.uk) if you just want the paperback, but if you want an autographed one, I’ll probably have to increase the shipping and handling price. Hey Joseph! Just wanted to drop a quick line and let you know im spreding my love for your books any chance I get. Already got 4 of my buddies and my Husband hooked. Thank you so much for creating a breath of fresh air in the fantasy world. Can’t wait to share these storys with my daughter when she gets a little bigger. I just fnshed the battle of verril not 30 seconds ago and i was just wondeing if you are thinking about continueing the story. I first found the book of deacon by accident while i was looking in the free e-book sectionvof the nook store. I finshed reading it and begged my mom to let me buy the other two and stayed up till 3 this morning finshing the series and im dieing to know if there will be another instalment.
Hi Codie, thanks for the comment and for giving my books a try. Yes, there will be more stories in this series. The first of them will be coming out in the next few months, and is about Lain’s past. After that will be something set in the distant future of the setting, and then finally I’ll do at least one direct sequel of the Book of Deacon. If you haven’t seen it, I’ve got a short novel called Jade which is in the same setting as well.

Hi! I’ve only just recently discoverd your books while looking through the free books available for Kindle Fire HD… I love the first book.. so far.. I’ve not finished it yet; Anyway, I’ve been on this site before and have noticed talk about a Myn plush.? If this is true when will it be finished; and how can I get one?
Hi. I’m glad you’re enjoying the first book! Yes indeed there has been talk of a Myn plush. It seems to be a cursed project. Every time I find an artist able to take the challenge he or she ends up swamped with other work and has to drop the project or reschedule it. I’ll keep at it though! Once it is done, it’ll probably be available in one of two ways (or first one then the other). The first would be as a handmade custom from the artist responsible. That’ll be a bit expensive and take a while. Plan B would be through the storefront of whatever plush place I end up convincing to make them.
