As my longtime fans already know, I’ve traditionally tried to make sure that my books are available at all of the various places people might want to buy them. However, even I couldn’t resist the siren call of Amazon exclusivity for some of them. The plan was always for exclusivity to be temporary, but as tends to occur, temporary can slowly become permanent if you don’t get off your keister and actually do something about it.
